Анотація
The military organization of the state as a socio-political system, which includes the armed organization of society, military-political socio-economic, scientific organizations, united by the activity of transforming the political legal space into military political-legal is defined. It is should be considered as a set of state authorities, the military organization of the state, law enforcement and special agencies covered by a single system of strategic planning, whose activities are under the control of society and are directly aimed at the formation and implementation of policy internal and external security and defense.
