dc.description.abstractРобота присвячена дослідженню змісту повноважень Національної поліції у сфері забезпечення національної безпеки України. Обґрунтовано актуальність обраної теми та був проведений загальний аналіз стану наукових досліджень з даної проблематики. Завданням роботи було здійснити науковий аналіз, нормативно-правових актів та наукових джерел, які містять повноваження Національної поліції у сфері забезпечення національної безпеки України. У дослідженні було розглянуто сутність теоретичних положень наукових категорій: «безпека», «національна безпека», «суб’єкти сектору безпеки та оборони», «повноваження Національної поліції», а також практики їх нормативного закріплення в законодавстві. У ході аналізу положень нормативно-правових актів з питань забезпечення національної безпеки, було визначено коло завдань та повноважень її суб’єктів, розглянуто особливості реалізації заходів в окремих сферах безпекової діяльності. Розглянуто основні напрями та завдання забезпечення національної безпеки підрозділами Національної поліції у відповідності з діючим законодавством України. The work is devoted to researching the content of the powers of the National Police in the sphere of ensuring the national security of Ukraine. The relevance of the chosen topic was substantiated and a general analysis of the state of scientific research on this issue was conducted. The task of the work was to carry out a scientific analysis of normative legal acts and scientific sources that contain the powers of the National Police in the field of ensuring the national security of Ukraine. The research considered the essence of the theoretical provisions of the scientific categories: "security", "national security", "subjects of the security and defense sector", "powers of the National Police", as well as the practice of their normative consolidation in legislation. In the course of the analysis of the provisions of normative legal acts on ensuring national security, the range of tasks and powers of its subjects was determined, the specifics of the implementation of measures in certain spheres of security activity were considered. The main directions and tasks of ensuring national security by units of the National Police in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine were considered.
