Авторкою пропонується на рівні стратегії морської безпеки визначити трирівневу структуру об’єктів морської безпеки: 1) на рівні міжнародної (глобальної) економіки; 2) на національному рівні; 3) на регіональному рівні. Доцільним на рівні стратегії визначити складові морської безпеки, сформулювати загрози морської безпеки та визначити поняття морської безпеки. The author proposes to define a three-level structure of maritime security objects at the level of the maritime security strategy: 1) at the level of the international (global) economy; 2) at the national level; 3) at the regional level. It is expedient at the strategy level to define the components of maritime security, formulate threats to maritime security and define the concept of maritime security.
