| dc.description.abstract | The author of the article describes the mechanism of financial monitoring. The attention to some of its issues in terms of the main existing methodological approaches and implementation of specific components institute administrative enforcement system of financial monitoring in Ukraine. The mechanism of the administrative providing of counteraction to washing of money presents the system of facilities that are elements, by the constituents of influence of this field of law on public relations and set by her norms of guarantee of realization of rules of individual behavior of subjects in society in relation to prevention of money laundering. | uk_UA |
