dc.description.abstractThe article is devoted to the study of the peculiarities of law enforcement operations related to the implementation of a special task as part of an organized criminal group. The analysis of separate provisions of the normative-legal acts regulating carrying out of the specified operation is carried out. Attention is drawn to the fact that it is carried out both as an operative-investigative measure within the operative-investigative case, and as a covert investigative (search) action. within the framework of criminal proceedings. Mandatory conditions for the preparation of the operation, the tasks to be solved during its implementation, the line of conduct of the person who is included in the criminal group are determined. Стаття присвячена дослідженню особливостей проведення правоохоронних органів операцій, пов'язаних із виконанням спеціального завдання у складі організованої злочинної групи. Здійснено аналіз окремих положень нормативно-правових актів, що регулюють проведення вказаної операції. Звертається увага, що вона проводиться як оперативно- розшуковий захід у рамках оперативно-розшукової справи, так і як негласний слідчого (розшукового) дії у межах кримінального провадження. Визначаються обов'язкові умови підготовки операції, завдання, що вирішуються під час її проведення, лінія поведінки особи, яка впроваджується у злочинне угруповання.uk_UA
