Анотація
In modern international legal order, the rights and obligations of
individuals and independent states are not uniformly applied and have normative
limits. The paper deals with several sections of developments in national legal
system of Ukraine, that is observed while exploring the chances and challenges of
institutional developments of Ukrainian public law and administration in the
European context. The paper also focuses on the normative premises and
sociological evidence of legislative backgrounds of Ukraine that give food for
legal thought about its future as one the EU Associated countries.
