Abstract

Розглянутий автором елемент криміналістичної характеристики контрабанди на морі є інформаційною моделлю особи підозрюваного і має своїм призначенням на підставі даних про типові елементи кримінально-протиправної діяльності певної категорії осіб оптимізувати процес висунення та перевірки версій з метою швидкого, повного та об’єктивного розслідування цієї категорії кримінальних правопорушень. The element of the forensic characteristics of smuggling at sea considered by the author is an information model of the identity of the suspect and, on the basis of data on typical elements of criminal and illegal activity of a certain category of persons, its purpose is to optimize the process of nomination and verification of versions for the purpose of a quick, complete and objective investigation of this category of criminal offenses .
