The education continues to have a distinctive function. It is an indicator of the intelligence level of the society.
Today the conditions of the national education system are characterized by a crisis, reforms, transformation of new forms
and methods of teaching. The modernization of the new educational system requires new approach. Освіті, традиційно відведена особлива роль. Вона є показником рівня інтелектуальності суспільства. Сьогодні стан національної системи освіти характеризується кризовим станом, реформуванням, трансформацією, новими формами та методами навчання.
Модернізація національної системи вищої освіти потребує нових підходів та оцінки.
