Анотація
Використання провідного міжнародного досвіду протидії на-сильницьким злочинам щодо дітей на сьогодні є дуже актуа-льним у зв’язку з тим, що в розвинених державах захист прав дітей є пріоритетним напрямком протягом багатьох років. Також важливе не тільки запозичення досвіду, але й співробітництво з міжнародними партнерами, адже саме за допомогою спільних дій різних держав-членів міжнародного договору, відбувається ефективне забезпечення невідворот-ності покарання особи, яка вчинила кримінальне правопо-рушення, зокрема й насильницькі злочини стосовно дитини. The article discusses the use of leading international experience in investigating violent crimes against children is very relevant today, as protection of children's rights has been a priority in developed countries for many years. It is also important not only to gain experience but also to cooperate with international partners, because it is through the joint actions of different member states of the international treaty that effective punishment of the person committing the criminal offense, including violent crimes against the child, is effectively ensured. It is considered that borrowing from the experience of developed countries, especially in the European countries, has certain problematic aspects related to different legislative regulation of the relevant social relations, in connection with which some decisions of the European Court of Human Rights are analyzed. Attention is drawn to the fact that the most common profitable types of transnational organized crime against juvenile children are crime in the sphere of: child trafficking, sexual exploitation, use of pornography, organ removal, conducting child experiments and emphasizing that successful prevention of the majority of crime is not possible. public participation. The article states that the modern best international experience in the prevention of violent crime against children should be taken into account by the criminal justice authorities of Ukraine in the development and practical implementation of strategies for combating such crime in our country. Investigating violent crimes against children is one of the most difficult but important responsibilities of law enforcement agencies. The analysis of foreign experience in this field indicates both the problems faced by foreign law enforcement and certain measures that can be introduced into the national legal system.
