Анотація
This article examines certain organizational and regulatory aspects of the appointment and
implementation of a complex sono-linguistic examination.
The author analyzed the current legislation of Ukraine and came to the conclusion that there is no classification in
the laws of forensic examinations, which are the main activity of the network of research expert forensic centers.
To understand the basics of the appointment and conduct of a comprehensive sono-linguistic examination, a brief
review of the current legislation of Ukraine regarding the existing types of forensic examinations has been
performed. The organizational aspects of the appointment and implementation of a comprehensive sono-linguistic
examination are considered. The author determined the subject composition of the complex sono-linguistic
examination. After analyzing the practice of collecting material carriers with traces of facial speech for a
comprehensive sono-linguistic examination, the author identified the features and problems of this process.
The article proposes ways to solve the problem of normative consolidation of the purpose and conduct a
comprehensive sono-linguistic examination. У статті розглядаються окремі організаційні та нормативні аспекти призначення та проведення комплексної соно-лінгвістичної експертизи. Автор проаналізував чинне законодавство України та дійшов висновку, що у законах відсутня класифікація судових експертиз, які є основною діяльністю мережі науково-дослідних експертних криміналістичних центрів. Для розуміння основ призначення та проведення комплексної соно-лінгвістичної експертизи виконано короткий огляд чинного законодавства України щодо існуючих видів судових. експертиз. Розглянуто організаційні аспекти призначення та проведення комплексної соно-лінгвістичної експертизи. Автор визначив суб'єктний склад комплексної соно-лінгвістичної експертизи. Проаналізувавши практику збору матеріальних носіїв зі слідами мови особи на Проведення комплексної соно-лінгвістичної експертизи автор визначив особливості та проблеми цього процесу. У статті запропоновано шляхи вирішення проблематики нормативного закріплення призначення та проведення
комплексної соно-лінгвістичної експертизи.
