Анотація
This article discusses the basic approaches to the stages of information system development and the complex of technical means. A methodology for the development of computer aided design tools is proposed. The development of a multicriteria model for the synthesis of a complex of information system hardware was made. The substantiation of the algorithm of realization of the developed model is made. The software for computer-aided designing of a complex of information system hardware has been developed. The approach for experimental verification and determination of adequacy of the developed model is given. The solution of multicriteria problem in which the stages were implemented, which included selection and justification of local criteria, formation of function of utility of local criteria, synthesis of generalized criterion; search for a compromise area, as well as a search for a compromise solution by a generalized criterion. У цій статті розглядаються основні підходи до стадій розробки інформаційної системи та комплексу технічних засобів. Запропоновано методологію з розробки інструментальних засобів автоматизованого проектування. Було здійснено розробку багатокритеріальної моделі синтезу комплексу технічних засобів інформаційної системи. Зроблено обґрунтування алгоритму реалізації розробленої моделі. Здійснено розробку програмного засобу автоматизованого проектування комплексу технічних засобів інформаційної системи. Наводиться підхід з експериментальної перевірки та визначення адекватності розробленої моделі.
Запропоновано розв'язання багатокритеріальної задачі, в якій були реалізовані етапи, які включають вибір та обґрунтування локальних критеріїв, формування функції корисності локальних критеріїв, синтез узагальненого критерію; пошук області компромісів, а також було здійснено пошук компромісного рішення за узагальненим критерієм.
