Анотація
Розглянуто один із важливих чинників ефективної діяльності щодо забезпечення виявлен-ня, розслідування та попередження насильницьких злочинів щодо дітей, а саме інформаційно-технічне забезпечення. Висвітлено питання інформаційного забезпечення виявлення, розслідуван-ня та попередження злочинів загалом і насильницьких злочинів щодо дітей зокрема.
Підкреслено та аргументовано ефективність такого засобу протидії і профілактики учинен-ня статевих злочинів стосовно дітей, що повинен бути запроваджений в Україні, як Єдиний реєстр злочинців, засуджених за злочини проти статевої свободи та статевої недоторканості малолітньої чи малолітнього. The article deals with one of the important factors of effective activity for ensuring
detection, investigation and prevention of violent crimes against children, it is information and
technical support. Due to the certain illumination of information support of detection, investigation and
prevention of crimes in general and violent crimes against children, in particular, domestic legal science,
the focus is on the latest developments in the information field related to the use of various databases,
computers and computer technologies.
The issues of information support for the detection, investigation and prevention of crimes in general
and violent crimes against children in particular are highlighted. The term is interpreted, first of all,
as one that encompasses the actions enshrined in the legislation, the purpose of which is informational
support of cognitive activity and which have a criminal-procedural or operative-investigative form; secondly,
this term refers to the tools used in criminal proceedings to achieve its purpose, carried out in accordance
with applicable law.
The efficiency of the means of combating and preventing the commission of sexual crimes
against children, which should be introduced in Ukraine, is emphasized. «Chemical castration» as indicated
by the analysis of the introduction of the institute of "chemical castration" in foreign countries, both
