dc.description.abstractThe article deals with the legal and organizational problems of conducting operational investigative support of the judicial review of materials of criminal proceedings. Ways to counteract the administration of justice are revealed. Obligations of the employees of the operational units, which carry out the operative support of criminal proceedings, regarding the establishment of the facts of pressure on the participants of the trial, the reasons for changing their testimony, etc., are stated. The expediency of interaction of employees of operational units with the prosecutor who supports the state prosecution in court is substantiated. У статті розглядаються нормативно-правові та організаційні проблеми оперативно-розшукового супроводу судового розгляду матеріалів кримінальних проваджень. Розкриваються способи протидії відправленню правосуддя. Визначаються обов'язки працівників оперативних підрозділів, які здійснюють оперативний супровід кримінального провадження щодо встановлення фактів тиску на учасників судового розгляду, причин зміни ними показань тощо. Обґрунтовано доцільність взаємодії працівників оперативних підрозділів із прокурором, який підтримує державне звинувачення у суді.uk_UA
