dc.description.abstractАктуальність статті полягає у тому, що формування особистості практичного психолога Національної поліції України в сучасних умовах позиціонується на засадах потреби наближення змісту поліцейської діяльності до змісту соціальних потреб. Мета статті полягає в теоретико-методологічному обґрунтуванню та експериментальному вивченні діяльності практичного психолога в Національній поліції України. У статті здійснено системний аналіз основних векторів діяльності практичних психологів Національної поліції України. Зазначено, що від того як дієво і якісно буде засновувана діяльність щодо научіння практичних психологів, формування їх ідентичності багато в чому залежатиме й ефективність виконання професійних завдань правоохоронцями. У науковій розвідці здійснено ґрунтовний аналіз особливостей професійної діяльності практичних психологів у Національній поліції України та проведено емпіричне дослідження сутності психологічних детермінант їх професійної діяльності У статті зазначено, що професійна діяльність практичних психологів Національної поліції є дуже різносторонньою та поліфункціональною. Звернено увагу на тому, що гуманізм їх професійної діяльності полягає у повсякчасному наданні практичної допомоги поліцейським в частині підтримання високого рівня професійної готовності щодо реалізації покладених на них завдань. Зазначено, що враховуючи потреби сьогодення на часі розроблення Концепції цілісної неперервної освіти та Стратегії модернізації системи професійного навчання практичних психологів Національної поліції України, а також апробації та впровадження цих актів у практику. The relevance of the article lies in the fact that the formation of the personality of a practical psychologist of the National Police of Ukraine in modern conditions is based on the need to bring the content of police activity closer to the content of social needs. The purpose of the article is the theoretical and methodological substantiation and experimental study of the activities of a practical psychologist in the National Police of Ukraine. The article carries out a systematic analysis of the main vectors of the activity of practical psychologists of the National Police of Ukraine. It was noted that the effectiveness of the performance of professional tasks by law enforcement officers will largely depend on how effectively and qualitatively the training of practical psychologists will be established, the formation of their identity. In scientific research, a thorough analysis of the features of the professional activity of practical psychologists in the National Police of Ukraine was carried out, and an empirical study of the essence of the psychological determinants of their professional activity was carried out The article states that the professional activity of practical psychologists of the National Police is very versatile and multifunctional. Attention was drawn to the fact that the humanism of their professional activity consists in providing practical assistance to police officers at all times in terms of maintaining a high level of professional readiness for the implementation of the tasks assigned to them. It is noted that, taking into account the needs of today, it is time to develop the Concept of integral continuous education and the Strategy for the modernization of the system of professional training of practical psychologists of the National Police of Ukraine, as well as the approval and implementation of these acts in practice. uk_UA
