| dc.description.abstract | Development of conceptual apparatus, in particular, of scientific fundamentals and the definition of "public safety", demarcation and establishment of certain relationships with other related legal phenomena are important for law enforcement activities. The analysis and by signs allow to bring the concept of public security under which it should be understood sufficient state of protection of public relations regulated by legal provisions aimed at ensuring the smooth implementation of the vital interests of the individual, society and state, prevention, containment and elimination of conditions and factors creating a potential or real threat to their existence, and that is achieved as a result of the system of public administration both general and special competence, governmental and non-governmental organizations and citizens. Розробка понятійного апарату, зокрема, наукових засад та визначення категорії «суспільна безпека», його демаркація та встановлення певних відносин з іншими правовими явищами становлять значний інтерес для діяльності правоохоронних органів. Проведений у статті аналіз категорії «суспільна безпека» та визначення його ознак дозволяють визначити суспільну безпеку як стан захищеності суспільних відносин, врегульованих правовими нормами, спрямованими на забезпечення безперешкодної реалізації життєво важливих інтересів особи, суспільства та держави, попередження, локалізацію та ліквідацію умов та факторів. , які створюють потенційну чи реальну загрозу для їх існування, і яка досягається в результаті діяльності системи органів громадського управління як загальної, так і спеціальної компетенції, державними та недержавними організаціями та громадянами. | uk_UA |
