dc.description.abstractДля вирішення проблеми забезпечення захисту прав та інтересів дітей під час воєнного стану автор пропонує: – під час розслідування – враховувати вік дитини, місце проведення слідчих (розшукових) дій, обстановку на місці та криміналістичні особливості щодо провадження у справах з дітьми; – при застосуванні міжнародних інституцій звернути увагу на реалізацію практичного застосування норм договорів (Конвенція про права дитини в їх числі) та сприяти розгляду такого роду проблем першочергово із обов’язковим залученням правоохоронних органів відповідних країн та соціальних органів і служб, що займаються захистом прав дітей. To solve the problem of ensuring the protection of the rights and interests of children during martial law, the author suggests: - during the investigation - take into account the age of the child, the location of the investigative (search) actions, the situation on the spot and forensic features regarding the proceedings in cases involving children; - when applying international institutions, pay attention to the implementation of the practical application of the norms of treaties (including the Convention on the Rights of the Child) and promote consideration of such problems as a priority with the mandatory involvement of law enforcement agencies of the relevant countries and social agencies and services engaged in the protection of children's rights.
