Анотація
Метою дослідження є аналіз міжнародного досвіду в оцінці ефективності правоохоронних органів у запобіганні злочинності. У методологічному, діалектичному методі характерні матеріалістична філософія, з науковими прийомами пізнання.
Основою для оцінки ефективності діяльності установ-виконавців права різних країн є комплекс критеріїв кількісні та якісні. Іноді такі критерії суперечать один з одним, оскільки деякі вигідні для презентації бюрократичні звіти, а інші відображають інтереси громадськості.
Громадська думка, як один з головних критеріїв, набуває все більшого значення для оцінки ефективності діяльності правоохоронних органів деяких країн (наприклад, Словацька Республіка), а також у США, Франції, Японії, Австрії та Італія є традиційним інструментом оцінки.
The aim of the study is to analyze international experience in assessing the effectiveness of law enforcement agencies in crime prevention. The methodological, dialectical method is characterized by materialistic philosophy, with scientific methods of knowledge.
The basis for assessing the effectiveness of the activities of institutions-executors of the law of different countries is a set of criteria: quantitative and qualitative. Sometimes such criteria contradict each other, since some are beneficial for the presentation of bureaucratic reports, while others reflect the interests of the public.
Public opinion, as one of the main criteria, is becoming increasingly important for assessing the effectiveness of law enforcement agencies in some countries (for example, the Slovak Republic), as well as in the USA, France, Japan, Austria and Italy is a traditional assessment tool.
