dc.description.abstractНа думку авторки, особисті немайнові права батьків мають строковий характер, це пов’язано з тим, що вони належать батькам до досягнення дітьми повноліття або до набуття дітьми повної цивільної дієздатності. При здійснені особистих немайнових прав поєднуються інтереси батьків та дітей. Особливостями суб’єктивних прав та обов’язків батьків щодо виховання дітей є те, що від здійснення права чи виконання обов’язку неможливо відмовитися і поряд з цим, закон не допускає можливості передачі зазначених прав та обов’язків іншим особам. According to the author, the personal non-property rights of parents have a temporary nature, this is due to the fact that they belong to the parents until the children reach the age of majority or until the children acquire full civil legal capacity. When exercising personal non-property rights, the interests of parents and children are combined. The peculiarities of the subjective rights and responsibilities of parents regarding the upbringing of children are that it is impossible to refuse the exercise of a right or the fulfillment of a duty, and along with this, the law does not allow the possibility of transferring these rights and responsibilities to other persons.uk_UA
