Анотація
У дослідженні авторка констатує, що нормативне визначення «тероризм на морі» неповне і потребує більш чіткому формулюванні, точності та доповненні, оскільки відбувається його змішування з поняттям «морське піратство». In the study, the author states that the normative definition of "terrorism at sea" is incomplete and needs a clearer formulation, accuracy and addition, as it is mixed with the concept of "sea piracy".
