Анотація
Враховуючи сучасні підходи щодо надання домедичної допомоги потерпілим при утопленні, можемо визначити критерії її ефективності: 1) вчасне розпізнавання та правильна домедична допомога при проблемах дихання чи дихальної системи; 2) контроль шийного відділу хребта за наявності показань; 3) чітке слідування настанові «Зупинка серця». Taking into account modern approaches to the provision of first aid to drowning victims, we can determine the criteria for its effectiveness: 1) timely recognition and correct first aid for problems with breathing or the respiratory system; 2) control of the cervical spine in the presence of indications; 3) strict adherence to the "Cardiac arrest" instruction.
