dc.description.abstractАвтор у статті пропонує здійснювати напрямки методичного забезпечення навчально-виховного про-цесу з урахуванням розвитку різновидів готовності структурно-логічної моделі готовності поліцейських до професійної діяльності. У зв’язку із цим була розроблена система розвитку педагогічної та психологічної готовності та її впровадження у навчальний процес. Автор в статье предлагает методическое обеспечение учебно-воспитательного процесса осуществлять с учетом развития разновидностей готовности структурно-логической модели готовности полицейских к профессиональной деятельности. В связи с этим, была разработана система развития педагогической и психологической готовности и ее внедрение в учебный процесс. High-quality and effective training in high school of the MIA Ukraine will ensure future readiness of police to carry out high-level responsibilities. Doubtless in such circumstances is methodical support of the educational process that will ensure the development of certain vari-eties of readiness. Relevance of the research driven by the need of de-velopment and formation of future varieties to the police profession. Special attention is focused on the ability not only to know and be able to, but be prepared to carry out. The methodology of the police in a large number of scientific papers, but there is no clear distinction prepara-tion for future investigation kinds of readiness that would track the level of formation of some kind of willingness to step profesiohenenzu. Reviewed the curricula of universities Interior Ministry of Ukraine, we have determined the educational process as a whole aims to develop varieties of readiness for pro-fessional work, but there are a few comments on some of their components: skills, this is due to the fact that there are cases of confusion and understanding concepts knowledge and skills. Defining these gaps in the educational process of University Affairs of Ukraine, we developed a system of psychological and communicative readiness and started its implementation in the following areas: - “Psychology: charts, tables, comments”; - “Practice of Psychology”; - “Juvenile Psychological aspects”; - “Psychological preparation and fundamentals of ethics” The set of directions and their corresponding topics covering all important aspects of a professional police of-ficer on interaction with society and the need for correct and appropriate behavior in certain situations - promotes training of competent and competitive policeman with a high level of readiness for professional activities. The study of these topics will promote communication and psychological readiness.uk_UA
