РОЗВИТОК ІННОВАЦІЙНОГО РОЗУМІННЯ КЛАСИФІКАЦІЇ АНТИДЕЛІКТНИХ ТА ІНШИХ ЕКСПЕРТНИХ ДОСЛІДЖЕНЬ

Анотація
Звернено увагу на необхідність створення екс-
пертнотури як єдиного антиделиктного органу,
що діє на підставі єдиноначальності, із проведення
досліджень із залученням будь-яких спеціальних знань
та навичок, окрім юридичних, тобто антиделіктних
та інших експертиз, що за інноваційною класифіка-
цією за базисною основою дослідження поділяються
на клас криміналістичних, медичних і наркологічних
експертиз та експертизи психіки людини.
Підкреслено, що клас криміналістичних експертиз
досліджує будь-які значущі для подолання криміналь-
них та/або інших правопорушень трасосубстанції,
відносини або явища за винятком психіки та зумовлю-
ють зміну обмінних процесів людини, її тіла, частин
або виділень, а також відповідні зміни одягу, взуття
та інших супутніх для людей трасосубстанцій у разі
спільного заподіяння тілесних ушкоджень людині або
іншого слідоутворення з її тілом та/або частинами
та/чи виділеннями.
Зазначено, що цей клас експертиз із конкретиза-
цією базисної сутності об'єкта дослідження, своєю
чергою, підрозділяється на такі роди криміналіс-
тичних досліджень, як дослідження засобів (зброї,
знарядь, явищ природи, у т. ч. діянь диких тварин,
які знаходяться у нерегульованих людиною умовах),
експертиза речовин, матеріалів та виробів із них,
трасологічна, почеркознавча та інші види експертиз.
Розкрито сутність класу експертиз психіки
людини, що поділяється на такі роди, як психологічна
експертиза, яка досліджує різноманітні особливості
психіки людини, та психіатрична експертиза, котра
досліджує різні відхилення та захворювання психіки
людини, у т. ч. встановлює факт наявності та/або
визнання необхідності лікування різних проявів залеж-
ності психіки людини, що є підставою для виділення
відповідних видів даного роду експертизи.
Підкреслено, що клас наркологічних експертиз
установлює факт наявності та необхідності ліку-
вання різних проявів психічної та/або обмінної залеж-
ності: алкоголізму, наркоманії, токсикоманії та ін. Attention is drawn to the need to create an experttour

criminalistical, medical and narcological examinations
and examinations of the human psyche.
It is emphasized, that the class of the criminalistical
examinations examines any relevant to overcome criminal
and/or other offenses of the substance, relationships or
phenomena, except the psyche, and determine changes in
metabolic processes of a man, body, parts or secretions, as
well as appropriate changes in clothing, footwear and other
accompanying human substances in case of joint infliction
of bodily harm to a person or other trace formation with
his body and/or parts and/or excretions.
It is noted, that this class of examinations with
the specification of the basic essence of the object of research,
in turn, is divided into such types of the criminalistical
excretions as the research of means (weapons; tools; natural
phenomena, including wildlife, which are in unregulated
human conditions), examination of substances, materials
and articles thereof, trasological, handwriting and other
types of examinations.
The essence of the class of examinations of the human
psyche, which is divided into such genera as psychological
examination, which examines various features of the human
psyche; and psychiatric examination, which examines
various disorders and diseases of the human psyche,
including the existence and/or recognition of the need
treatment of various manifestations of dependence
of the human psyche, which is the basis for the selection
of appropriate types of this examination.
It is emphasized, that the class of narcological
examinations establishes the fact of the presence
and necessity of treatment of various manifestations
of mental and/or metabolic dependence: alcoholism, drug
addiction, substance abuse, etc.
