dc.description.abstractВикладені інноваційні наукові основи одорології як базисного часткового вченнякриміналістики та ордистики. Звернуто увагу на основні етапи хронології розвитку одорології, поняття криміналістичної одорології і розподіл положень даного базисного часткового вчення у системі курсу криміналістики. Представлено систему Одорологічного центру. Викладено загальну та спеціальну класифікацію слідів і зразків запаху людини за походженням. Розглянуто фізичні та криміналістичні властивості слідів і зразків запаху людини та сутність, послідовність та інші закономірності роботи зі слідами та зразками запаху людини та інших трасосубстанцій. Звернуто увагу на план-схему двоповерхової одорологічної лабораторії. Innovative scientific bases of odorology as a basic partial doctrine of criminalistics and of ordistics are stated. Attention is paid to the main stages of the chronology of the development of odorology and the concept of odorology and the distribution of the provisions of this basic partial doctrine in the system of the course of criminalistics. The system of the Odorological Center is presented. The general and special classification of traces and samples of a smell of the person on an origin is stated. The physical and forensic properties of traces and samples of a smell of the person and the essence, sequence and other patterns of work with traces and samples of a smell of the person and other objects are considered. Attention is paid to the plan-scheme of a two-storey odorological laboratory. In the context of highlighting the chronological stages of the origin and formation of odorology as a basic partial doctrine of criminalistics, the role of V.D. Basay as the author of the world's only doctoral dissertation on the scientific foundations of criminalistical odorology. The system of Odorological Centers is covered, which combines laboratory odorological examinations (ordinary and diagnostic commission odorological examinations) and out-of-laboratory odorological examinations (search for traces of the smell of the persecuted or other person or animal; and other obstacles, drugs and similar substances, explosive devices and substances, other route substances (certain smuggled goods, including criminal firearms, mechanical or explosive weapons, etc.), a combination of traditional cynological and non-laboratory odorological research (patrol of criminogenic public places, escorting prisoners or other arrested persons, protection of special state and other important objects, certain categories of persons, the state border at checkpoints and on the «green» state border, etc. The classification of odorological objects, physical and forensic properties of traces and samples of human odor are stated; the essence, sequence and other patterns of work with traces and samples of a smell of the person; plan-scheme of a two-storey building of the odorological laboratory and other scientific bases of criminalistical odorology.uk_UA
