dc.description.abstractМорські порти України є стратегічними об’єктами державної транспортної інфраструктури. Завдяки їх налагодженій роботі наповнюється державний бюджет, створюються нові робочі місця, вони є запорукою економічної стабільності та розвитку не лише припортових регіонів, а й країни в цілому. Однією зі складових належного функціонування морських портів в Україні та світі є високий рівень безпеки. Суб’єктів забезпечення безпеки в морських портах в залежності від компетенції поділено на два види: а) загальні суб’єкти, до яких належать: Служба безпеки України, Національна поліція України, Митна служба, Державна прикордонна служба України, Збройні Сили України та ін., однією із задач яких– є забезпечення безпеки функціонування різноманітних державних об’єктів, в тому числі і морських портів; б) спеціальні суб’єкти: адміністрація морських портів, служба морської безпеки, служба морської охорони, капітан морського порту. Seaports of Ukraine are strategic objects of the state transport infrastructure. Thanks to their well-established work, the state budget is filled, new jobs are created, they are a guarantee of economic stability and development not only of port regions, but also of the country as a whole. One of the components of the proper functioning of seaports in Ukraine and the world is a high level of security. Security entities in seaports are divided into two types, depending on their competence: a) general entities, which include: the Security Service of Ukraine, the National Police of Ukraine, the Customs Service, the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine, the Armed Forces of Ukraine, etc. , one of the tasks of which is to ensure the safety of the functioning of various state facilities, including sea ports; b) special entities: seaport administration, maritime security service, maritime security service, seaport captain.uk_UA
