dc.description.abstractThe article is devoted to the scientific research of economic regulation of capital construction in Ukraine as one of the activities in the field of management. The article defines the concept of "capital construction", its difference from other concepts such as "construction activities", "urban planning", "overhaul" and others. The common features between these activities are also analyzed. It is established that capital construction is Capital construction – a process of creating new, as well as expansion, reconstruction, technical re-equipment of existing enterprises, industrial and non-industrial facilities, start-up complexes (including design work, bidding (tenders)) in construction, conservation, deconservation of objects, maintenance of directorates of the enterprises under construction, and also acquisition of the technological equipment which is not included in the estimate of objects. It is concluded that capital construction can be considered as an activity: economic, economic-production, investment-economic, aimed at the construction of enterprises, buildings and structures; as a job; as a branch of material production. It is established that the main forms (types) of capital construction are new construction, reconstruction, technical re-equipment, overhaul of relevant facilities, re-profiling, conservation and the opposite category of deconservation. Стаття присвячена науковому дослідженню господарського регулювання здійснення капітального будівництва в Україні як одному із видів діяльності у сфері господарювання. В статті визначено поняття «капітального будівництва», його відмінність від інших понять, таких як «будівельна діяльність», «містобудування», «капітальний ремонт» та ін. проаналізовано загальні риси зазначених видів діяльності. Встановлено, що капітальне будівництво – це процес створення нових, а також розширення, реконструкція, технічне переоснащення діючих підприємств, об'єктів виробничого та невиробничого призначення, пускових комплексів (з урахуванням проектних робіт, проведення торгів (тендерів)) будівництві, консервації, розконсервації об'єктів, зміст дирекцій, що будуються, а також придбання технологічного обладнання, що не входить до кошторису об'єктів. Зроблено висновок, що капітальне будівництво можна розглядати як діяльність: господарську, господарсько-виробничу, інвестиційно-господарську, спрямовану на будівництво підприємств, будівель та споруд; як роботу; як галузь матеріального виробництва. Встановлено, що основними формами (видами) капітального будівництва є нове будівництво, реконструкція, технічне переоснащення, капітальний ремонт відповідних об'єктів, перепрофілювання, консервація та протилежна йому категорія розконсервація.uk_UA
