dc.description.abstractРозглянуто основні аспекти організації правоохоронної сфери. Проаналізовано сторони діяльності системи органів, які виконують правоохоронну функцію. Наведено приклади організації силових структур в інших країнах. In the article the basic aspects of law enforcement are studied. The main sides of systems that perform law enforcement functions are analysed. The examples of security structure in other countries are demonstrated. There is the analysis of the existing in international practice basic models of law enforcement agencies: French, Danish and British. According to the author, gradually in Ukraine can form the French model, because the reform involves the creation of municipal police, which will be financed from the local budget. According to the author, the Interior Ministry of Ukraine should become a civilian body which forms the policy in ssuch areas: combating crime and public order maintenance; integrated state border management; citizenship and migration; civil protection, fire safety and combating disasters. It is considered fppropriate for the National Police with the structure: public safety police (the only patrol service and district inspectors), criminal police (operational-investigative bodies), special task police units and judicial police.uk_UA
