dc.description.abstractСтаттю присвячено дослідженню правового статусу керівника підрозділів Національної поліції України. Досліджено теоретичні підходи до визначення та співвідношення понять «керівник», «кадри» та «персонал». Визначено поняття «правового статусу» та охарактеризовано елементи «правового статусу» керівника підрозділів Національної поліції України. Проаналізовано вимоги, що висуваються до керівника територіального органу поліції. Обґрунтовано, які критерії висуваються до керівника органів Національної поліції. З’ясовано основні завдання Департаменту кадрового забезпеченням Національної поліції відповідно до чинного законодавства України. Розкрито загальні та спеціальні форми управління персоналом в органах Національної поліції України. The article is devoted to the study of the legal status of the chief of units of the National Police of Ukraine. Theoretical approaches to the definition and correlation of the terms «chief», «personnel» and «staff» are investigated. The concept of «legal status» is defined and the elements of «legal status» of the chief of units of the National Police of Ukraine are characterized. Requirements submitted to the chief of a territorial police body are analyzed. It is justified what criteria are put forward to the chief of the National Police. The main tasks of the Human Resources Department of the National Police in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine have been clarified. General and special forms of personnel management in the bodies of the National Police of Ukraine are revealed.uk_UA
