dc.description.abstractIn the article the author notes that the level of formation of readiness for professional activities provide qualitative indicator of professionalism and competency pretrial investigation. In this regard, proposes that the psychological profile in order to check the current state of formation of structural-logical model investigator readiness to professional activity. To determine the psychological profile, the author conducted a study which surveyed the 131 person who operates investigator (Odessa and Khmelnytsky region). Determined formula setting the average level of readiness of pre-trial investigation officer to practice in leading indicators professionally important qualities. Thus, this study enabled the author to the conclusion that the current state of development of structural and logical model of readiness of employees of the preliminary investigation to the profession occupies an above average rate. What is quite positive for the development of highly competitive and investigators in general. However, ideally indicators should hold a high level of readiness for professional activities. Built profile psychological readiness of employees of the preliminary investigation to professional help of professional selection of employees for law enforcement agencies on what types of preparedness should focus, and requiring more detailed research and improvement in the profesiohenezu. У статті автор зазначає, що рівень формування готовності до професійної діяльності слідчого не відповідає якісному показнику професіоналізму та компетентності працівників досудового слідства. У зв'язку з цим автор пропонує психологічний профіль для того, щоб перевірити рівень розвитку та формування структурно-логічної моделі готовності слідчого до професійної діяльності. Для визначення психологічного профілю автор провів дослідження, в якому опитано 131 особу (слідчі Одеської та Хмельницької області). Виведено формулу визначення середнього рівня готовності професійно важливих якостей слідчого до виконання професійних функцій. Таким чином, дослідження дозволило автору зробити висновок, що рівень розвитку та формування професійно важливих якостей працівників слідства знаходиться на рівні вище за середній. Такий показник є позитивним для розвитку конкурентоспроможних та компетентних слідчих у цілому. Проте в ідеалі показники мають становити високий рівень готовності до професійної діяльності.uk_UA
