dc.description.abstractСтаття містить дослідження правового часу як юридичної категорії речового права, а також як засобу до обмеження відповідного суб’єктивного цивільного права у речових відносинах. Здійснено системне дослідження вагомої частини речових прав, визначених загальним та спеціальним законодавством, на предмет встановлення місця у відповідному механізмі правового регулювання строку та терміну, що є формами прояву темпоральних величин у цивільному праві. Статья содержит исследование правового времени как юридической категории вещного права, а также как средства к ограничению соответствующего субъективного гражданского права в вещных отношениях. Совершено системное исследование большого числа вещных прав, определенных общим и специальным законодательством, на предмет определения места срока и термина, которые являются формами проявления темпоральных величин в гражданском праве. The article contains research of legal time as a legal category of law of estate, and also how facilities are to limitation of the proper equitable civil right and subjective civic duty in the real relations. System research of large number of laws of estate, definite by the common and special legislation, is accomplished, both before, and in modern terms. At it is conducted analysis of the normative fixing of legal time as a civil legal institute, legal constructions of limitation of equitable civil rights, and also varieties of laws of estate within the framework of the Ukrainian legal field. Attention for the purpose of location term and term applies, which are the forms of display of temporalnih sizes in a civil law, and also their display in the mechanism of the legal adjusting of real legal relations. Among the laws of estate in the plane of action of temporal limitations the right of ownership, right for the domain, servitut, are considered, emfitevzis, superfitsiy, right for the operative management, right for the complete economic conduct, right for the permanent use by lot land. By an author legal time is explored in the context of selection of such stages of existence of law of estate as: 1) origin; 2) realization; 3) stopping. In addition, the real relations are analysed, and the normative orders are interpreted taking into account the their entity selection, that is definite property blessing, among which lot lands, habitation as apartments, one–flat houses, rooms in apartments and one-flat houses, dwelling and unoccupied apartments in dormitories, securities of the proper legal mode, some property of public and communal domain. Separate attention is devoted to the questions of methods of acquisition and stopping of right of ownership and other laws of estate, which the short stories of normative orders are selected among, on the example of the so-called special confiscation. An useful conclusion is done about that a term by virtue of nature of real legal relations has the enough tapered use and is inherent more of themes from them, which arise out of agreement, and also realization of which by the is mediated contractual relations. Also the special attention is spared to the civil legal term of complex legal nature on the example of acquisitive prescription.uk_UA
