dc.description.abstractАвтором зазначається, що допит у другій-п’ятій ситуаціях варто використовувати й для встановлення з потерпілим надійного психологічного контакту на наступний період розслідування. Уживаючись із позицій потерпілого у кримінальну й вихідну слідчу ситуації, слідчий може вірніше визначити міру й характер можливої його допомоги розслідуванню. Крім правдивих і максимально повних показань, це може бути допомога в слідчому огляді, у складанні суб’єктивного композиційного портрета злочинця, у його пошуку й упізнанні, в ідентифікації викраденого майна й т.п. Наприкінці допиту необхідно домовитися про форму зв’язку з потерпілим на найближчі години й дні, щоб у випадку несподівано виниклої необхідності мати можливість швидко скористатися його допомогою.
