Анотація
Метою статті є визначення психологічних фак-
торів застосування зброї поліцейськими під час
виконання ними професійних обов’язків. Досліджено
сутність та психоемоційну природу готовності пра-
цівника Національної поліції до застосування вогне-
пальної зброї у визначених законодавством випадках.
Проведено аналіз психологічних аспектів готовності
працівника Національної поліції до застосування вог-
непальної зброї. З урахуванням зарубіжного досвіду,
правового регулювання питань застосування поліцей-
ськими зброї та наукових розробок вітчизняних вче-
них зроблені висновки щодо необхідності подальшого
ґрунтовного дослідження психологічних аспектів вка-
заної проблематики.
Автори зазначають, що працівник поліції приймає
рішення про застосування зброї в умовах складного
психоемоційного напруження. З точки зору психоло-
гії наголошується про наявність психологічної стрі-
лецької готовності поліцейського до застосування
вогнепальної зброї. При цьому, до складових стрі-
лецької готовності поліцейського до застосування
вогнепальної зброї відносять: знання правових засад
застосування вогнепальної зброї; обізнаність щодо
тактико-технічних характеристик вогнепальної
зброї; вміння швидко приймати рішення в умовах
невизначеності; постійна бойова готовність; нави-
чки швидкого реагування на небезпеку.
Наголошено, що готовність працівника Націо-
нальної поліції до застосування вогнепальної зброї
у визначених законодавством випадках, є важли-
вим психологічним фактором, що суттєво впли-
ває на результативність виконання працівниками
поліції своїх функціональних обов’язків та забез-
печення особистої безпеки. Така готовність являє
собою стійкий психоемоційний стан поліцейського,
обумовлений наявністю певного досвіду, знань
та навичок з одночасною можливістю реального їх
застосування. The purpose of the article is to determine
the psychological factors of the use of weapons
by police officers during the performance of their
professional duties. The essence and psycho-emotional
nature of the National Police officer's readiness to
use firearms in the cases defined by the law have
been studied. An analysis of the psychological aspects
of the National Police employee's readiness to use
firearms was carried out. Taking into account foreign
experience, legal regulation of the use of weapons by
police officers, and scientific developments of domestic
scientists, conclusions were drawn regarding the need
for further thorough research into the psychological
aspects of the specified problem.
The authors note that a police officer makes a decision
to use a weapon under conditions of complex psychoemotional
stress. From the point of view of psychology,
it is emphasized that the policeman is psychologically
ready to use firearms. At the same time, the components
of a policeman's marksmanship readiness to use firearms
include: knowledge of the legal principles of using firearms;
awareness of the tactical and technical characteristics
of firearms; the ability to quickly make decisions in
conditions of uncertainty; constant combat readiness;
skills of rapid response to danger.
Readiness is considered in direct connection with
the mental functions of the individual. In order to ensure
the effectiveness of professional activity, the formation
of the mental state of the individual is necessary. Readiness
is defined as a special state, a holistic manifestation
of personality, occupying an intermediate position
between mental processes and personality properties.
It was emphasized that the readiness of the National
Police officer to use firearms in the cases defined by the law
is an important psychological factor that significantly
affects the effectiveness of police officers in performing
their functional duties and ensuring personal safety. Such
readiness is a stable psycho-emotional state of a police
officer, due to the presence of certain experience,
knowledge and skills with the simultaneous possibility
of their real application.
