For all countries of the world, and not only for Ukraine, the problem of non-payment of taxes is quite acute and urgent. Therefore, it is worth studying the international and domestic constructive experience of combating and preventing offenses in the field of taxation. Для всіх країн світу, а не тільки для України, проблема несплати податків є досить гострою та актуальною. Тому вартує вивчення міжнародного та вітчизняного конструктивного досвіду боротьби і запобігання правопорушенням у сфері оподаткування.
