dc.description.abstractРозглянуто сучасний стан нормативно-правового забезпечення доступу до публічної інформації. Визначено розпорядників публічної інформації; шляхи систематичного і оперативного оприлюднення інформації; терміни оприлюднення інформації. Проаналізовано види публічної інформації та вимоги до запиту на доступ до публічної інформації. Доведено необхідність своєчасного оновлення публічної інформації на веб-сторінці органу державної влади або місцевого самоврядування і надання суб’єктам звернення своєчасної, достовірної, в повному обсязі інформації, яка підлягає оприлюдненню, відповідно до Закону України «Про доступ до публічної інформації» та інших нормативно-правових актів. The current state of legal and regulatory provision of access to public information is considered. Managers of public information; ways of systematic and operative release of information; terms of proclaiming the information are identified. Types of public information and requirements for a request for access to public information are analyzed. The necessity of modern update of public information on the web-site of the public authority or local government is proved, as well as providing to subjects of circulation timely, reliable, full information, which is needed to be seen according to the law of Ukraine «On Access to Public Information» and other regulatory legal acts.uk_UA
