dc.description.abstract"Мова народу, - як зазначав німецький мовознавець та філософ В. фон Гумбольдт, - це його дух, і дух народу - це його мова". У мові акумулюєть-ся духовна енергія народу. Вона е головною ознакою і символом нації, її генетичним кодом, котрий поєд-нує минуле з сучасним, програмує майбутнє і забезпечує буття нації у вічності. Певна мовно-етнічна сегментність культури вважається цілком нормальним явищем для багатьох демократичних роз-винутих країн. Однак, коли в країні мовний вододіл пролягає між міським та сільським населенням, де пе-рше послуговується мовою сусідньої держави і має тенденцію до зростання виключно за рахунок другого, - такий стан далеко не може вважатись нормальним, оскільки вказує не тільки на недосформованність на-ції, її культури, а й на непевне їх майбутнє, як і держави в цілому. "The language of the people," as noted by the German linguist and philosopher W. von Humboldt, is its spirit, and the spirit of the people is its language. The spiritual energy of the people accumulates in the language. It is the main sign and symbol of the nation, its genetic code, which connects the past with the present, programs the future and ensures the existence of the nation in eternity. A certain linguistic and ethnic segmentation of culture is considered a completely normal phenomenon for many democratic developed countries. However, when in a country the language divide runs between the urban and rural population, where the former uses the language of the neighboring state and has a tendency to grow exclusively at the expense of the latter, such a situation cannot be considered normal, as it indicates not only the underdevelopment of the nation , its culture, but also on their uncertain future, as well as the state as a whole.
