dc.description.abstractПідводячи підсумки викладеному, можемо констатувати, що насьогодні є низка теоретичних та організаційно-тактичних проблем, що знижують ефективність використання контролю за вчиненням злочинів, пов’язаних з незаконним переміщенням речей через митну територію України: 1. Недостатнє наукове та практичне усвідомлення сутності та напрямів використання контролю за вчиненням злочинів, пов’язаних з незаконним переміщенням речей через митну територію України. 2. Недостатня теоретична та науково-методична розробка питань організації і тактики здійснення контролю за вчиненням злочинів, пов’язаних з незаконним переміщенням речей через митну територію України [3, с. 236]. 3. Недоліки нормативно-правового забезпечення використання контролю за вчиненням злочинів, пов’язаних з незаконним переміщенням речей через митну територію України. Summing up, we can state that today there are a number of theoretical and organizational and tactical problems that reduce the effectiveness of control over the commission of crimes related to illegal movement of goods through the customs territory of Ukraine: 1. Insufficient scientific and practical understanding of the nature and directions of use control over the commission of crimes related to the illegal movement of things through the customs territory of Ukraine. 2. Insufficient theoretical and scientific-methodical development of issues of organization and tactics of control over the commission of crimes related to the illegal movement of things through the customs territory of Ukraine [3, p. 236]. 3. Disadvantages of regulatory and legal support for the use of control over the commission of crimes related to the illegal movement of things through the customs territory of Ukraine.uk_UA
