Анотація
The article is devoted to the study of the novels of the legislation of Ukraine on
the protection of the rights of young children from domestic violence. Regulatory and
legal acts of both European and domestic legislation in the field of combating domestic
violence are reviewed. The article highlights some of the gaps existing in the legal
framework of our state and ways to overcome them, regarding the protection of the
rights of young children in the context of combating domestic violence. The peculiarities
of issuing an urgent banned order by authorized police officials (district police officer,
patrol officer or juvenile prevention officer) are discussed.
