Анотація
Виявлення, запобігання, припинення й розкриття терористичної діяльності необхідно здійснювати при повній і різнобічній взаємодії правоохоронних органів, у рамках існуючих і розроблюваних на перспективу спільних міжвідомчих нормативних актів, та подальше створення й функціонування спеціалізованих антитерористичних слідчо-оперативних груп, що сприяють найбільш повному, ефективному й компетентному розслідуванню актів тероризму. Detection, prevention, cessation and disclosure of terrorist activity must be carried out with full and versatile cooperation of law enforcement agencies, within the framework of existing and future joint interdepartmental normative acts, and the further creation and functioning of specialized anti-terrorist investigative and operational groups that contribute to the most complete, effective and competent investigation of acts of terrorism.
