Анотація
Авторами вважається, що в міжнародному публічному праві не існує єдиного і визнаного всіма державами визначення терміну «історичні води». В науковій доктрині історичні води розглядаються в основному як води, над якими прибережна держава, як виняток із загальних норм міжнародного права, ефективно, безперервно і протягом тривалого періоду часу здійснює права суверена з мовчазної згоди спільноти держав. The authors believe that there is no single definition of the term "historical waters" recognized by all states in international public law. In the scientific doctrine, historical waters are considered mainly as waters over which the coastal state, as an exception to the general norms of international law, effectively, continuously and for a long period of time exercises sovereign rights with the tacit consent of the community of states.
