Анотація
У статті досліджуються особливості нормативно-правового забезпечення участі представників
Національної поліції України в міжнародних операціях із підтримання миру й безпеки. Визначено,
що до його складу входять міжнародні акти, акти керівництва місії, загальновизнані принципи та
норми міжнародного права, міжнародні договори й угоди про статус миротворчих сил,
Конституція та закони України, акти Президента України, Кабінету Міністрів України,
нормативно-правові акти Міністерства внутрішніх справ України. Проаналізовано положення
окремих нормативно-правових актів чинного законодавства України, які закріплюють
перспективні, стратегічні напрями миротворчої діяльності нашої держави для забезпечення миру і
стабільності. The article investigates the features of regulatory support of participation of Ukrainian National Police in
the international operations of peace-kipping and security. It is defined that it includes international acts,
mission control acts, generally recognized principles and norms of international law, international treaties
and agreements of peace-keeping forces status, the Constitution and laws of Ukraine, acts of the President
of Ukraine, Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, regulatory legal acts of Ministry of Internal Affairs of
Ukraine. Analyzed dispositions of separate regulatory legal acts of the current legislation of Ukraine,
which allocate perspective strategic directions of peacekeeping activity of our state to provide
peacekeeping and stability. The main regulatory legal document, which is based for the selection and
training of the police officers to participate the international peacekeeping missions, is the Decree of the
Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine № 1490 “The organizational support of the peacekeeping activity
of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine” on December 7, 2003, which approves the Regulation on
National Staff, Procedure of selection and direction of officers of internal affairs authorities, military
personnel of interior troops of Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine for participation in international
operations of peace-kipping and security, Regulation on Committee of MIA of Ukraine on selection and
direction of officers of internal affairs authorities, military personnel of interior troops of Ministry of
Internal Affairs of Ukraine for participation in international operations of peace-kipping and security, Regulation on organization of service of officers of internal affairs authorities, military personnel of
interior troops of Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine directed to participation in international
operations of peace-kipping and security, Regulation on breastplate of national staff of MIA of Ukraine
“POLICE OF UKRAINE” and personalized plaque.
