Анотація
В статті розглядаються особливості кадрового забезпечення органів внутрішніх
справ як суб’єктів міжнародної безпеки. Аналізується чинне законодавство з питань під-
готовки кадрів в системі МВС України та класифікуються завдання і функції суб’єктів
підготовки кадрів для органів внутрішніх справ. Визначаються пріоритетні напрями ка-
дрового забезпечення органів внутрішніх справ як суб’єктів міжнародної безпеки. The article discusses the features of peopleware of the internal Affairs organs as subjects
of international security. Analyzed current legislation on training in the Ministry of Internal
Affairs of Ukraine and classified the tasks and functions of the subjects of the training for
the internal Affairs. A systematic analysis of the regulatory framework and practices of law
enforcement agencies, especially the police, leads to the conclusion that despite the importance
of specified law enforcement the police Department the legal, institutional and procedural
aspects of international security depend directly on peopleware of the internal Affairs bodies.
Identified priority areas staffing of the internal Affairs organs as subjects of international
security.
