Анотація
Наукове дослідження присвячене сьогоденним проблемам забезпечення стабільності державних кордонів України, а також питанням пов’язаних з забезпеченням режиму морського кордону України, відновленням прав України у прибережних морських водах.
Проведено аналіз наукових джерел та окремих праць вчених з досліджуваного питання. Розглянуто організаційно-правовий механізм з реадізації завдань, покладених на Військово-Морські Сили ЗС України і Морську охорону ДПС України з забезпечення територіальної цілісності, політичної та економічної незалежності України, непорушності її державного кордону на морі та захисту інших національних інтересів у сфері морської і військово-морської діяльності держави.
В роботі було акцентовано, що наявний стан неоголошеної війни з Росією, обумовив появу низки факторів, які створюють певні особливості для здійснення охорони державного кордону на морській ділянці, реалізації оперативно-службової діяльності морських прикордонних загонів.
Авторами були запропоновані окремі заходи з покращення практики застосування загонами Морської охорони ДПС України забезпечення безпеки морських і річкових кордонів держави.
The research is devoted to the current problems of ensuring the stability of the state borders of Ukraine, as well as issues related to the regime of the maritime border of Ukraine, the restoration of Ukraine's rights in coastal marine waters.
The analysis of scientific sources and separate works of scientists on the researched question is carried out. The organizational and legal mechanism for the implementation of tasks assigned to the Naval Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the Naval Protection of the State Tax Service of Ukraine to ensure territorial integrity, political and economic independence of Ukraine, inviolability of its state border at sea and protection of other national interests in maritime and military maritime activities of the state. It was emphasized that the current state of undeclared war with Russia has led to the emergence of a number of factors that create certain features for the protection of the state border at sea, the implementation of operational and service activities of maritime border detachments.
The authors proposed separate measures to improve the practice of application of security of sea and river borders of the state by the detachments of the Marine Guard of the State Tax Service of Ukraine.
