Анотація
Observation - one of the most important method of forensic cognition of criminal activities, wherein the specific objectives, objects, methods, means and conditions for the use of certain methods. As a result of the method of observation during verbal investigation (search) action, the investigator receives information about the identity and behavior of their members, which uses an individual approach to them to determine the tactics of further investigation (search) actions with their participation and line their behavior, the result of observation during the investigation nonverbal investigative (detective) of action is to primarily visual characteristics of objects relevant to the investigation.
