Анотація
In the article the analysis of distribution of terrorism in Ukraine is carried out. It is marked on the specific
Ukrainian terms of forming of pre-conditions of origin of this phenomenon. Drawn conclusion in relation to the type of
terrorism and form of display in Ukraine. On the basis of research of criminologists, it is marked that east regions of Ukraine
long years remained most criminogenic and appeared a favourable environment for appearance of such dangerous forms of
criminal behaviour, as terrorism. Among factors an increase risk of crimes of violence is distinguished in a region, the high
level of general and recurrent criminality, supersaturating of correctional establishments (prisons) and others like that, that
creates of long duration specific criminogenic background, what and separatists availed. The analysis of development of
events in the Donetsk and Lugansk regions during interdependent, successive and purposeful stages of terrorist activity is
carried out.
