Анотація
The problems of scientific and theoretical development and practical application of the reconstruction method in trasological studies are considered. Based on the analysis of the scientific works of forensic scientists, a certain view of the general scientific and practical value of the reconstruction method in solving diagnostic problems of a traological forensic was proposed, by clarifying the concept of reconstruction, the range of diagnostic tasks of a traological forensic, which can be solved with its help and providing general methodological recommendations on the application of the method reconstruction when solving diagnostic problems of the traological forensic. Розглянуто проблеми науково-теоретичної розробки та практичного застосування методу реконструкції у трасологічних дослідженнях. На основі аналізу наукових праць вчених-криміналістів було запропоновано певний погляд загальнонаукового та практичного значення методу реконструкції при вирішенні діагностичних завдань трасологічної експертизи, шляхом з'ясування поняття реконструкції, кола діагностичних завдань трасологічної експертизи, які можна вирішувати за його допомогою та надання загальних методичних рекомендацій щодо застосування методу реконструкції під час вирішення діагностичних завдань трасологічної експертизи.
