Анотація
The article examines the issues of improving the implementation of external control of insurers by MTIBU. Creation of a new Centralized database of the Motor (Transport) Insurance Bureau of Ukraine (CBD MTIBU). To date, it is extremely important to implement activities aimed at integrating the MTIBU and the information databases of the National Police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. Prevention of abuses on the market of compulsory civil liability insurance for land transport owners and expansion of information interaction.
Particular attention is paid to the organization of information exchange between MTIBU and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, through the use of data from the Centralized MTIBU database by the National Police of Ukraine for monitoring the availability of motor vehicle insurance contracts for vehicle owners.
Also, there are proposed ways to improve the implementation of external control of insurers by MTIBU, which is implemented through the process of creating a new Centralized Database of the Motor (Transport) Insurance Bureau of Ukraine (MTSBU). To date, it is extremely important to implement measures aimed at integrating the MTIBU and the information databases of the National Police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. У статті розглядаються питання щодо вдосконалення здійснення зовнішнього контролю страховиків з боку МТСБУ. Створення нової централізованої бази даних Моторного (транспортного) страхового бюро України (ЦБД МТСБУ). На сьогоднішній день є вкрай важливим реалізація заходів, спрямованих на інтеграцію ЦБД МТСБУ та інформаційних баз даних Національної поліції МВС України. Запобігання зловживанням на ринку обов'язкового страхування цивільно-правової відповідальності власників наземних транспортних засобів та розширення інформаційної взаємодії.
Особлива увага приділяється питанням організації обміну інформацією між МТСБУ та МВС України, через використання даних Єдиної централізованої бази даних МТСБУ співробітниками Національної поліції України для здійснення контролю за наявністю у власників транспортних засобів договорів обов'язкового автомобільного страхування.
Також пропонуються напрями вдосконалення здійснення зовнішнього контролю страховиків з боку МТСБУ, яке реалізується через створення нової Централізованої бази даних Моторного (транспортного) страхового бюро України (ЦБД МТСБУ). На сьогоднішній день є вкрай важливим реалізація заходів, спрямованих на інтеграцію ЦБД МТСБУ та інформаційних баз даних Національної поліції МВС України.
