Анотація
The article is devoted to the study of problematic issues in the activities of the National Police. Despite
the fact that the National Police solve a wide range of tasks, today in the organization of their activities there are a
number of issues that need to be addressed both at the legislative level and at the level of the Ministry of Internal
Affairs of Ukraine, as the central executive body.
In the current legislation and in the activities of the National Police there are many, which is why, firstly, the
Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine needs to develop and approve guidelines for organizing the activities of
patrol police units and monitoring of separate structural units (police departments) of territorial bodies of the
National Police. police of Ukraine. Also, at the legislative level, it is necessary to immediately change the
mechanism of administrative detention of a person and improve it with norms that will not violate the provisions
of the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms. Improve the current legislation
concerning investigative units, etc. Стаття присвячена дослідженню проблемних питань у діяльності органів
Національної поліції. Незважаючи на те, що органи Національної поліції вирішують широке коло
задач, на сьогодні в організації їх діяльності є низка проблемних питань, що вимагають вирішення
як на законодавчому рівні, так і на рівні Міністерства внутрішніх справ України, як центральному
органі виконавчої.
У чинному законодавстві так і у діяльності органів Національної поліції існує
багато, тому, по-перше, необхідно Міністерству внутрішніх справ України розробити та
затвердити Методичні рекомендації щодо організації діяльності підрозділів патрульної
поліції та моніторингу структурних підрозділів (відділів, відділень поліції) територіальних
органів Національної поліції України А також на законодавчому рівні необхідно негайно
змінити механізм адміністративного затримання особи та удосконалити її нормами, не будуть
порушувати положення Конвенції про захист прав людини та основних свобод. Удосконалити
чинне законодавство, що стосується слідчих підрозділів тощо.
