Summing up the monitoring study, the authors would like to note that today in Ukraine there is a fairly extensive system of legislation in the field of human organ transplantation. But, unfortunately, this does not solve all the problems in this area. Firstly, there is the problem of the lack of donor organs, and secondly, it is the illegal removal of human organs, their sale. Transplantation, as the only way for many to prolong life, should not be a way to profit from someone else's misfortune. If there were enough donor organs in the world for all patients, human trafficking to transplant their organs would disappear unnecessarily. Therefore, the solution to this problem depends only on you and me: when everyone reconsiders their position on transplantation and agrees to posthumous donation, only then can we talk about positive results in the field of transplantation. Підсумовуючи моніторингове дослідження, авторам хотілося б зазначити, що на сьогоднішній день в Україні існує досить розгалужена система законодавства у сфері трансплантації органів людини. Але, на жаль, це не вирішує всіх проблем у цій галузі. По-перше, це проблема з відсутністю донорських органів, а по-друге, це незаконне вилучення людських органів, їх продаж. Трансплантація як єдиний для багатьох спосіб продовжити життя не має бути способом нажитися на чужому нещасті. Якби у світі було достатньо донорських органів для всіх хворих, торгівля людьми з метою трансплантації їх органів зникла б через непотрібність. Тому вирішення цієї проблеми залежить тільки від нас з вами: коли всі переглянуть свої позиції щодо трансплантації та погодяться на посмертне донорство, тільки тоді можна буде говорити про позитивні результати у галузі трансплантології.
