Анотація
Стаття присвячена ретроспективному аналізу забезпечення гендерної рівності у діяльності органів внутрішніх справ України, уперше визначено періодизацію розвитку формування такого інституту. This article focuses on a retrospective analysis of gender equality in the police on the territory of modern Ukraine. In the study authors first who defined periods of the formation of the Institute of Gender Equality in the police on the territory of modern Ukraine. The development of basic social stereotypes about gender equality in
police was determined and studied historical attitude of managers and governments to attract women to serve in law enforcement. The results showed that despite the significant increase in legislative gender equality in the work of Internal Affairs, in practice there are a number of socio- psychological and organizational issues that require a comprehensive study of the current state of psychological gender equality in Ukraine to identify typical forms of gender stereotypes and prejudice, gender and internal interpersonal conflicts, their causes and develop best practices to address them. The information obtained will allow to develop optimal methods of psychological gender equality in the work of MIA of Ukraine -specific services that will improve the efficiency of use of human resources.
