TACTICAL ADMISSIONS OF DISCUSSION OF UNDUAL DISCUSSION OF MINOR SUSPECT AND ITS METHODS

Abstract

The article is devoted to the issue of tactical methods of revealing false statements of underage suspects and ways of overcoming them. The article examines the criteria for detecting false testimony of a juvenile suspect, identifies the reasons for giving false testimony to a juvenile suspect, notes factors that directly affect the receipt of true testimony and the function of tactical techniques for detecting a juvenile testimony of a minor. The expediency of using tactical methods of revealing the false testimony of a minor suspect is substantiated. A list of tactical techniques for detecting the false testimony of a minor suspect is provided and suggests their use during interrogation. On the basis of the analysis of scientific works, the list of psychological methods of revealing false statements was investigated and supplemented, psychological methods for emotional sphere, motivational and intellectual were singled out. У статті досліджуються критерії виявлення помилкових показань неповнолітнього підозрюваного, виділяє причини надання неправдивих показань неповнолітніми підозрюваними, зазначає фактори, які безпосередньо впливають на отримання правдивих показань та функції тактичних прийомів виявлення помилкових показань неповнолітнього підозрюваного. Обґрунтовано доцільність застосування тактичних прийомів виявлення помилкових показань неповнолітнього підозрюваного. Надається перелік тактичних прийомів виявлення неправдивих показань неповнолітнього підозрюваного та пропонує їх застосування під час допиту. На основі аналізу наукових праць досліджено та доповнено перелік психологічних прийомів виявлення хибних показань, виділено психологічні прийоми на емоційну сферу, мотиваційну та інтелектуальну.
