Анотація
Статтю присвячено дослідженню зарубіжного досвіду професійної підготовки поліцейських та можливості його використання в діяльності Національної поліції України. Проаналізовано досвід підготовки поліцейських у таких зарубіжних країнах, як: Нідерланди, Великобританія, США та Франція.
З’ясовано, що визначальну роль в організаційному та нормативному регулюванні професійної підготовки кадрів відіграє організаційно-структурна побудова правоохоронних органів, їхня компетенція та підсвідомість систем професійної підготовки. Досліджено, що в зарубіжних країнах майбутні поліцейські проходять багатоетапний відбір на службу до поліції.
Аргументовано, що високий професіоналізм поліцейських досягається завдяки ґрунтовній професійній підготовці у фахових поліцейських закладах освіти.
The article is devoted to the study of foreign experience in police training and the possibility of using it in the activities of the National Police of Ukraine. The experience of police training in such foreign countries as the Netherlands, Great Britain, the USA and France is analyzed. It was found that the decisive role in the organizational and regulatory regulation of professional training is performed by the organizational and structural construction of law enforcement agencies, their competence and subconsciousness of training systems. It is investigated that in foreign countries future police officers undergo a multi-stage selection for service in the police. The first level is the initial training of candidates for police service. The second level involves multidisciplinary training of police officers in various specialties of the middle police in departmental educational institutions or training centers. The third level is the training of police officers, senior officers in police academies, training centers or other departmental educational institutions. It is argued that high professionalism of police officers is achieved thorough professional training in professional police educational institutions.
